2843 Series Battery Master Switch
Product Description
Waterproof, Single circuit switch with detachable key. Can serve an an anti-theft device. UL approved, maximum load (10 seconds) 12V 5000A, 24V 2500A. Maximum Continuous rating 12V 100A.
Key can be removed in "off" position. Required by most racing organizations, these switches protect the vehicle's electrical system and can provide an additional level of safety for maintenance, prevent battery drainage and prevent starting by unauthorized individuals.
