Domestic Shipping Information:

We utilize UPS, FedEx and USPS for shipping within the USA.

UPS & FedEx Ground delivery take 1-5 business days (Monday thru Friday) and Priority Mail is 1-3 business days. We do not recommend Priority Mail for heavy items or fragile items such as headlamps, as it is generally not cost effective and breakage is more likely with the postal service. We do however, recommend Priority Mail for small items such as repair manuals and bulbs as this method is the less expensive and fast.

None of the UPS services that we offer deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order on Friday for overnight delivery, you receive your package on Monday. Weekend days do not count when computing time of delivery via 2-Day air or 3-Day Select shipment.

USPS Priority mail delivery time is 1-3 days, but this is not guaranteed.

Most orders placed before 3pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same day; however, please be aware that orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

We try to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt, Monday - Friday. Large items may take more time to pack. If there will be a delay beyond 48 hours, you will be emailed with a delivery update.

International Orders:

Please select Priority Mail International for delivery. Our web-site is not perfect at determining shipping charges for international addresses as it cannot determine size and shape, only weight. If the amount computed is not accurate, we will contact you with correct cost for your approval prior to shipment. For definite receipt, supply your own DHL, FedEx or UPS Account # and we will ship via these methods. Our responsibility for delivery to international addresses is fulfilled once we deliver to the shipping agent. All customs/duty fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

classicgarage.com offers an unconditional 30-day return policy for MOST of the items we sell. Parts must be returned, as new, & placed into a shipping box. If parts have been opened or installation attempted, there will be a handling charge. Please include a copy of your invoice and a description of why the part(s)is being returned. Send back to address above using your order number as your RGA number, noted clearly on the outside of the shipping box or on the label. Credit will be applied to your original form of payment; sorry shipping charges are not refundable.

Sorry, ignition and electrical parts are not returnable. Special Order items are also considered Final Sale. Items such as gasket sets or carburetor repair kits are not returnable if the packaging has been opened.

Items returned after 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee which is waived if you opt for store credit over a refund to your original form of payment. Credits are valid for 1 year.
