Core Policy
In order to insure a continuing supply of generators, we must have the unit returned to us. A separate charge of $150 (core charge) has been added to the cost of the remanufactured generator. Once the generator has been returned and determined to be rebuildable, the core charge will be refunded. To receive the full core refund, the generator must not be disassembled or have any broken or missing pieces. The armature must not be burned. Bosch number on unit case must match. The customer is responsible for sending the old unit back to us freight prepaid via Parcel Post or UPS. Please call for any further information.
