The Ignitor has been proven for over fifteen years in race cars, off-road vehicles, national rental fleets, parcel delivery services and by backyard mechanics. The Ignitor is the ideal choice for collector car restoration because it fits entirely under the distributor cap for a neat, clean look. The Ignitor is made in the U.S.A. and is backed by a 30 month factory warranty.
It is not unusual for the ignition rotor to fail after installing a PerTronix kit. This unit produces an increased degree of power through the system which can cause rotors to crack. Therefore, we include a FREE DRB101 distributor rotor, with improved brass contacts (over original style) in the PerTronix kits we supply for this application.
