Compatible with Volkswagen Beetle 1.2L, 1.3L, 1.5L & 1.6L 1961-1979.
Precision CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum housings are lightweight yet offer maximum strength. Our Billet distributors ship with Ignitor modules factory installed. Each billet distributor is hand polished and buffed to a high luster. Tempered distributor shaft has low torsion displacement for accurate timing and extended operational life. Upper ball bearing and extra long oil impregnated bronze lower bushing work together to reduce friction and provide shaft and advance mechanism stability reducing high RPM vibration.
Billet Plug n’ Play Distributors are based on a precision CNC-machined housing with an upper ball bearing to support the steel distributor shaft accurately from idle to redline rpm. These distributors feature our maintenance-free electronic ignition module to produce a strong spark and steady ignition timing.
